4. Payment and Billing :

b. Late payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

c. All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property :

a. All materials, content, and intellectual property provided by ThinkHR remain our exclusive property unless otherwise agreed upon.

b. You may not use, modify, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability :

a. ThinkHR will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

b. Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination :

a. Either party may terminate the services with written notice, subject to any obligations outlined in the service agreement.

b. Termination will not relieve either party from any obligations accrued prior to termination.

8. Governing Law :

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where THINKHR Solutions is registered.

9. Modifications :

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.

10. Entire Agreement :

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and ThinkHR Solutions and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
