Sanjay Mandlik boasts a comprehensive understanding of HR operations, having consistently held leadership roles throughout his illustrious career. His journey commenced as a Management Trainee in the pharmaceutical industry before he briefly ventured into a prominent textile house. Later, he assumed the critical position of leading the HR function in Godrej Group's Motor Division, where he faced challenging scenarios that exposed him to the full spectrum of HR functions, a role he held for a remarkable 16 years. Subsequently, he transitioned to the US multinational corporation, Emerson Group, a Fortune 500 Company, where he enjoyed a highly successful six-year tenure. Following this, Mr. Mandlik took on the role of heading the HR function for the construction division at Shaporji Pallonji Ltd. Finally, he joined Panasonic Corporation, a Japanese multinational, to oversee HR in their ES division at Anchor Electrical Pvt. Ltd. (India). Sanjay superannuated in January 2016 as Vice President of HR in Mumbai, leaving behind a legacy of HR leadership and a wealth of experience in industrial relations and employee benefit programs.
